Great!! The experience will do him good

Update on my cylinder head..after not being able to get in touch with Zoom on Saturday, I phoned up this morning, "yes we got the cylinder and we just cleaning it now" :problem: not exactly what I wanted to hear.

My typing gets interrupted by phone call..its Zoom on the phone..."we finished and it will be in the post first thing tomorrow" Happy with that and the bill was a lot less than expected, 5 valves seats re-cut, new valve seals and collects, new valves lapped in and shimmed for £98 :D

Re: Natterjack!!

Took Si and I 2 hours to walk the mx test and the cross country test both look awesome..some of the jumps on the mx test are massive...not even going to attempt them  CC test has a tricky series of logs with small gaps, tyres and rocky section I know I'm going to fall off

Re: Natterjack!!

I bloody enjoyed it!! day 1 I was riding with Si and was going flat out just to keep him amused  when he did get bored and pissed off, I was riding with some Welsh bloke on my minute pushing each other along. Was riding well on the checks but fell of in all 5 special test
Started to cramp up badly by the last couple of checks and by the end of the day didn't have the strength to push the bike in the park firme :(

I did not even think I was going to last that long today but loosened up a little and kept plugin away ..until the mousse broke up :wtf: ...nothing was going to stop me from finishing though...one happy rider here

Oh and I went faster on the tests on day 2 and never fell off?? :wtf:
